The walk is a gentle wander through the town, with lots of interesting stops, and takes about 90 minutes. MONDAY 24th July. A guided walk with the Author Colin Speakman of the North Yorkshire Moors Association.

He will then take you the 7½ mile (13km) fairly moderate/easy mainly downhill walk along the Rosedale Railway to Bank Top, then over Loskey Ridge and Hutton Ridge to Hutton-le Hole with time to visit the Ryedale Folk Museum, tea shops etc. before the 1712 bus back to Pickering, Malton etc. Booking is not compulsory, but if you do have time to let us know you are coming, that would be great.
